Shipping Rates
Secrette offers FREE SHIPPING for all orders over $200 for standard
ground delivery. Our shipping methods include Ground delivery for shipping
within the United States. All our products are shipped anywhere in the US.

Your satisfaction is not enough -- we insist that you be ecstatic
with anything you order from Secrette.
Returns
If you need to return something, please send an email to
returns@secrette.com within 5 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept
authorized returns within 5 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. Once your returned
item has been approved, you will be issued a credit with our store for your next purchase. If you decide that you need to
return an item that was shipped via our free standard shipping method, the shipping costs will be deducted from your credit.
Cancellations
We work hard to make sure that all our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you need to cancel your
order for any reason, we will credit your card the same day. Please note that you cannot cancel your order after it
has been shipped. Depending on your credit card's processes, it may take 5-7 business days before you see the
credit on your statement. If you have any questions or concerns about your cancellation, please feel free to contact us.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Arizona (5.6%).
